MTN Service Level Requirements definition

MTN Service Level Requirements means the service level requirements and other specifications set forth on Exhibit C.

  • Service Levels means any service levels applicable to the provision of the Services under this Call Off Contract specified in Annex 1 to Part A of Call Off Schedule 6 (Service Levels, Service Credits and Performance Monitoring);

  • Service Level Agreement or SLA means the processes, deliverables, key performance indicators and performance standards relating to the Services to be provided by the Service Provider;

  • Technical Requirements means the Technical Requirements in Section VII of the tendering documents.

  • Service Level Credit is defined in Section 8.
