  • The Seller will instruct the holders of any Required Consents, any rating agencies, custodians, trustees and their representatives and advisors to (i) recognize the Purchaser as a full, interested party in the relevant servicing transaction, (ii) include the Purchaser in correspondence, and (iii) provide to the Purchaser and its advisors and representatives with full access to all documentation, in each case regarding servicing transfers in respect of the MSRPA Servicing Agreements.
