MS Inventory definition
MS Inventory shall have the meaning set forth in clause (i) of the definition of "Permitted Encumbrances."

Examples of MS Inventory in a sentence
All of the Sellers’ and their Affiliates’ right, title and interest in, to and under the Equipment, including the M&S Inventory described on a computer-generated inventory listing maintained by the Sellers in the Ordinary Course of Business (the “M&S Inventory”) and the non-hydrocarbon inventories, including the chemicals and catalyst inventories and precious metals, in each case as located at the Facilities (the “Non-hydrocarbon Inventory”).
