MROW definition

MROW means ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ allowances, lanes, boulevards, alleys, walkways, or other public spaces within the city of Edmonton and owned by or under the direction, control, and management of the City. Examples of MROW in a sentence

  • The Licensee further agrees that the City does not give any warranty as to the quality, condition or sufficiency of the MROW for any use or purpose, or as to the presence or absence of Hazardous Substances on or under the MROW and the MROW is used by the Licensee at its own risk with all faults and imperfections whatsoever and on a strictly "as is, where is" basis.

  • The Licensee shall forthwith take all steps or cause all steps to be taken, at its sole cost and expense, to handle the Emergency in as timely a manner as possible and shall restrict the use of the MROW by the City as minimally as possible in the circumstances.
