  • The Borrower shall: (a) continue to maintain the Project Coordination Unit under MPED with duly qualified and experienced staff, including a Coordinator, as head of the Unit, two water engineers, two urban planners, an accountant and appropriate support staff; and (b) cause PCU to, inter alia, assist NWSC in the implementation of Parts A and B.1 of the Project.
