MPC Project Approval definition
MPC Project Approval means approval of an application for a master planned community. MPC Project Approval is a land use approval, consisting of a conceptual plan that authorizes development of a master planned community through subsequently approved Implementing Development Permit(s). MPC Project Approval does not authorize any construction, clearing or grading, or subdivision of land. For purposes of RCW 19.27.095(1), MPC Project Approval is not a building permit approval for a structure; and for purposes of RCW 36.70B.020(4) and MVMC 18.100.020.D, MPC Project Approval is not a project permit.
MPC Project Approval means approval of a Process 3 master planned community land use application. An MPC Project Approval is an optional application process utilized solely for the application, review, consideration and potential approval of a master planned community. An Implementing Development Permit cannot be obtained for a master planned community prior to an applicant receiving MPC Project Approval.
