Examples of MPA Seller in a sentence

  • The Administrative Agent (or its counsel) shall have received one or more reasonably satisfactory written opinions of counsel for the Company, the Portfolio Manager, the MPA Seller and the Seller, covering such matters relating to the transactions contemplated hereby and by the other Loan Documents as the Administrative Agent shall reasonably request (including, without limitation, certain true participation matters relating to the Participation Agreement and certain non-consolidation matters).
