Moyle Interconnector definition

Moyle Interconnector means the electrical interconnector betweenScotland and Northern Ireland which is owned by the licensee and which comprises the converter stations at Ballycronan More, Co. Antrim, Northern Ireland and Auchencrosh, Ayrshire, Scotland and the undersea and underground electric lines which interconnect such converter stations, together with its connections to the transmission system in Northern Ireland and the transmission system in Scotland;
Moyle Interconnector means an agreement between Moyle and theCollection Agency Agreement17" licensee in a form approved by the Authority which, amongst other things, makes provision for the licensee to collect amounts in respect of the financing and other costs associated with the Moyle Interconnector and to account to Moyle for the amounts so collected;

  • The licensee shall nominate SONI to act as and perform the functions of the Interconnector Administrator (as such expression is defined in the Single Electricity Market Trading and Settlement Code) in respect of the Moyle Interconnector under and in accordance with the Single Electricity Market Trading and Settlement Code.

  • The licensee shall appoint SONI to act as and perform the functions of the Interconnector Administrator and the Interconnector Error Administrator (as such expressions are defined in the GB Balancing and Settlement Code) in respect of the Moyle Interconnector under and in accordance with the GB Balancing and Settlement Code.

  • The licensee shall accede to the Single Electricity Market Trading and Settlement Code, register the Moyle Interconnector pursuant to the Single Electricity Market Trading and Settlement Code, and comply with the Single Electricity Market Trading and Settlement Code insofar as applicable to it in its capacity as the owner of the Moyle Interconnector.

  • SONI may reject any application made under these arrangements if at the time of the application the MICH is in default in making any payment due to Moyle in relation to its use of the Moyle Interconnector.

  • Paragraphs 3, 4 and 5 shall only apply in respect of the period to the time at which the Moyle Interconnector Operation and Agency Agreement terminates or expires in accordance with its terms.

  • Fossil fuel-fired means, with regard to a unit:

  • Pipelines means those pipelines within the Storage Facility that connect the Tanks to one another and to the receiving and delivery flanges of the Storage Facility.

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • Interconnection Activation Date means the date that the construction of the joint facility Interconnection arrangement has been completed, trunk groups have been established, joint trunk testing is completed and trunks have been mutually accepted by the Parties.

  • Pressurized gas duster means a pressurized product labeled to remove dust from a surface solely by means of mass air or gas flow, including surfaces such as photographs, photographic film negatives, computer keyboards, and other types of surfaces that cannot be cleaned with solvents. “Pressurized Gas Duster” does not include “Dusting Aid.”

  • Generation Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect a new generation facility or to increase the capacity of an existing generation facility interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region. Generation Interconnection Request:

  • Station means a telephone instrument consisting of a connected transmitter, receiver, and associated apparatus to permit sending or receiving telephone messages.

  • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel means diesel fuel that has a sulfur content of no more than fifteen parts per

  • Generation Interconnection Request means a request by a Generation Interconnection Customer pursuant to Tariff, Part IV, subpart A, to interconnect a generating unit with the Transmission System or to increase the capacity of a generating unit interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region.

  • Train Unloading Infrastructure means train unloading infrastructure reasonably required for the unloading of iron ore from the Railway to be processed, or blended with other iron ore, at processing or blending facilities in the vicinity of that train unloading infrastructure and with the resulting iron ore products then loaded on to the Railway for transport (directly or indirectly) to a loading port.   • Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities means all Interconnection Facilities that are not Customer Interconnection Facilities and that, after the transfer under Tariff, Attachment P, Appendix 2, section 5.5 to the Interconnected Transmission Owner of title to any Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities that the Interconnection Customer constructed, are owned, controlled, operated and maintained by the Interconnected Transmission Owner on the Interconnected Transmission Owner’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System or interconnected distribution facilities. Transmission Provider: The “Transmission Provider” shall be the Office of the Interconnection for all purposes, provided that the Transmission Owners will have the responsibility for the following specified activities:

  • Tank wagon means a straight truck having 1 or more compartments other than the fuel supply tank designed or used to carry motor fuel.

  • Electrical Interconnection Facilities means the equipment and facilities required to safely and reliably interconnect a Facility to the transmission system of the Transmitting Utility, including the collection system between each Bloom System, transformers and all switching, metering, communications, control and safety equipment, including the facilities described in any applicable Interconnection Agreement.

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider. Interconnection Service Agreement:

  • Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.2.

  • Substation means the apparatus that connects the electrical collection system of the WECS(s) and increases the voltage for connection with the utility's transmission lines.

  • Net energy metering means the difference between the kilowatt-hours consumed by a customer-generator and the kilowatt-hours generated by the customer- generator's facility over any time period determined as if measured by a single meter capable of registering the flow of electricity in two directions.
