Moving Water definition
Moving Water means moving water, which for clarity expressly excludes steam;
Moving Water means a waterway which has a flow of water which can be measured in cubic feet per second.
Fresh water means water having a specific conductivity less than a solution containing six thousand (6,000) parts per million of sodium chloride.
Receiving water means lakes, rivers, streams or other watercourses which receive treated or untreated Wastewater.
Cooling Water means the water discharged from any use such as air conditioning, cooling or refrigeration, or to which the only pollutant added is heat.
Gray water means sewage from bathtubs, showers, bathroom sinks, washing machines, dishwashers, and kitchen sinks. It includes sewage from any source in a residence or structure that has not come into contact with toilet wastes.
Hot water means an aquatic venue with a water temperature over 90oF (32oC).
