Moving Water definition

Moving Water means moving water, which for clarity expressly excludes steam;
Moving Water means a waterway which has a flow of water which can be measured in cubic feet per second.

  • Fresh water means water having a specific conductivity less than a solution containing six thousand (6,000) parts per million of sodium chloride.

  • Receiving water means lakes, rivers, streams or other watercourses which receive treated or untreated Wastewater.

  • Cooling Water means the water discharged from any use such as air conditioning, cooling or refrigeration, or to which the only pollutant added is heat.

  • Gray water means sewage from bathtubs, showers, bathroom sinks, washing machines, dishwashers, and kitchen sinks. It includes sewage from any source in a residence or structure that has not come into contact with toilet wastes.

  • Hot water means an aquatic venue with a water temperature over 90oF (32oC).
