The Executive's duties in such capacity shall be to control, direct and supervise the day-to-day operations of the Employer's Theatrical, Motorsports and Family Entertainment businesses subject only to the oversight and direction of the Employer's Executive

  • Motorsport Australia means the Confederation of Australia Motor Sport Ltd. trading as Motorsport Australia;
