Motorized Transportation Device definition

Motorized Transportation Device means any motorized device used as a mode of transportation that includes: "Electric assisted bicycles", "Mopeds", "Motor Assisted scooters", "motorcycles", "motor-driven cycle", and "personal motorized mobility device" as defined in Utah State Code 41-6-1. "Motorized wheelchairs" are also included under this definition.
Motorized Transportation Device means a pocket bike, mini moto golf cart or any other device that is self- propelled by a motor or engine, gas or electric, and which is not otherwise defined in Wyoming Statute 31-1-101 as a "motor vehicle," and does not include "motorized wheelchair," "electric personal assistive mobility device," "motorized toy" or "home owner maintenance equipment."
Motorized Transportation Device means any motorized device used for personal transportation, whether rented or owned. Motorized transportation device includes: shared mobility devices, electric bicycles, motorized bicycles, and motorized scooters as defined in section 83.0302; electric personal assistive mobility devices as defined in section 83.0402; and any other motorized device that state law permits local agencies to regulate, except motorized devices used to assist a physically disabled person.
