Motorized Recreational Vehicle definition

Motorized Recreational Vehicle means a Vehicle that is propelled or driven by an internal combustion engine, electric engine, or battery operated and that is used for recreational purposes, including but not limited to a snowmobile, go-cart, golf cart, trail bike, mini bike, Motor Assisted Bicycle or all-terrain Vehicle;
Motorized Recreational Vehicle means a snowmobile, go-cart, trail bike, mini bike, all-terrain vehicle, or similar vehicle, propelled or driven by an internal combustion engine;
Motorized Recreational Vehicle means that is propelled or driven by an internal combustion engine and that is used for recreational purposes, including but not limited to a snowmobile, go-cart, trail bike, mini bike, motorized scooters, or all-terrain vehicle;

Motorized Recreational Vehicle means a motorized snow vehicle, go-cart, trail bike, mini-bike, all-terrain vehicle, pocket bike, scooter, or similar vehicle, propelled or driven by an internal combustion engine or electric motor and includes but is not limited to off-road vehicles as defined by the Off-Road Vehicles Act R.   • School vehicle means any school bus, school van, other school vehicle and private vehicle used to transport students or staff members to and from school or any school-sponsored activity or event.

A commercial motor vehicle transporting an empty storage container tank not designed for transportation with a rated capacity of one thousand gallons or more that is temporarily attached to a flatbed trailer is not considered a tank vehicle.

  • Livery vehicle means a motor vehicle that:

  • goods vehicle means a motor vehicle constructed or adapted for use for the carriage of goods or burden of any description or a trailer so constructed or adapted;

  • Transport vehicle means a motor vehicle or rail car used for the transportation of cargo by any mode. Each cargo-carrying body (trailer, railroad freight car, etc.) is a separate transport vehicle.

  • Transit vehicle means a bus, rapid transit vehicle, railroad car, street railway car, water vehicle, taxicab, or other type of public transportation vehicle or individual unit, whether operated singly or in a group that provides public transportation.

  • Recreational Facilities means spas, saunas, steam baths, swimming pools, exercise, entertainment, athletic, playground or other similar equipment and associated accessories.

  • Rebuilt vehicle means any salvage vehicle which has been rebuilt and inspected for the purpose of registration and title;

  • Emergency vehicle means emergency vehicles of municipal, township or county departments or public utility corporations when identified as such as required by law, the Ohio Director of Public Safety or local authorities, and motor vehicles when commandeered by a police officer. (ORC 4511.01(D))
