Motorcycle Parking Spaces definition

Motorcycle Parking Spaces. The Commercial Motorcycle Parking Spaces and the Residential Motorcycle Parking Spaces, and a Motorcycle Parking Space shall mean a motorcycle parking space of the Commercial Motorcycle Parking Spaces or the Residential Motorcycle Parking Spaces.
Motorcycle Parking Spaces means the motorcycle parking spaces on Basement 2 and Basement 1 of the Building intended for the parking of motorcycles to which Undivided Shares have been or will be allocated and "Motorcycle Parking Space" shall be construed accordingly;
Motorcycle Parking Spaces means the 3 motorcycle parking spaces on the 1st Floor of the Building intended for the parking of motorcycles belonging to the residents and occupiers of the Residential Units and their bona fide visitors or invitees, which are for identification purpose only shown and coloured Green and marked “M01” to “M03” on the 1st Floor Plan annexed hereto and certified as to its accuracy by the Authorized Person;

  • All Owners and Occupiers of Motorcycle Parking Spaces shall park their motor-cycles within their own designated spaces.
