Motor Vehicle Safety Act definition

Motor Vehicle Safety Act means the Motor Vehicle Safety Act, SC 1993, c 16, as amended, including ss. 10 & 17;
Motor Vehicle Safety Act means the Motor Vehicle Safety Act, SC 1993, c 16, as amended;
Motor Vehicle Safety Act means the federal Motor Vehicle Safety Act, S.C.1993, c.16, as amended, and any Regulation passed under it, or any successor legislation thereto;

  • Flood Insurance Regulations means (i) the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 as now or hereafter in effect or any successor statute thereto, (ii) the Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973 as now or hereafter in effect or any successor statue thereto, (iii) the National Flood Insurance Reform Act of 1994 (amending 42 USC 4001, et seq.), as the same may be amended or recodified from time to time, and (iv) the Flood Insurance Reform Act of 2004 and any regulations promulgated thereunder.

  • Data Protection Laws and Regulations means all laws and regulations, including laws and regulations of the European Union, the European Economic Area and their member states, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, applicable to the Processing of Personal Data under the Agreement.

  • Council Regulation means the Regulation of the Council of the European Union Setting up the "ECSEL Joint Undertaking", with No. 561/2014/EU.

  • Clean air standards, as used in this clause, means:

  • Federal Clean Air Act means Chapter 85 (§ 7401 et seq.) of Title 42 of the United States Code.

  • Air Act, as used in this clause, means the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7401 et seq.).

  • POPI Act means the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 as may be amended from time to time;

  • Food Security Act means the Food Security Act of 1985, 7 U.S.C. Section 1631 et. seq., as the same now exists or may hereafter from time to time be amended, modified, recodified or supplemented, together with all rules and regulations thereunder.

  • Fair Housing Act means the Fair Housing Act, as amended.

  • Health and Safety Laws means any Laws pertaining to safety and health in the workplace, including the Occupational Safety and Health Act, 29 U.S.C. 651 et seq. (“OSHA”), and the Toxic Substances Control Act, 15 U.S.C. 2601, et seq. (“TSCA”).

  • Data Protection Laws means EU Data Protection Laws and, to the extent applicable, the data protection or privacy laws of any other country;

  • Federal safety requirements means applicable provisions of 49 U.S.C. § 30101 et seq. and all

  • Banking Act means the Banking Act 1959 (Cth).

  • General Data Protection Regulation , "GDPR" means regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European parliament and of the council as amended from time to time.

  • MFN Protection has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.20(b).

  • Flood Insurance Laws means, collectively, (i) the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 as now or hereafter in effect or any successor statute thereto, (ii) the Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973 as now or hereafter in effect or any successor statue thereto, (iii) the National Flood Insurance Reform Act of 1994 as now or hereafter in effect or any successor statute thereto and (iv) the Flood Insurance Reform Act of 2004 as now or hereafter in effect or any successor statute thereto.

  • Federal Aviation Act means that portion of the United States Code comprising those provisions formerly referred to as the Federal Aviation Act of 1958, as amended, or any subsequent legislation that amends, supplements or supersedes such provisions.

  • Land Use Regulations means all ordinances, resolutions, codes, rules, regulations, and official policies of City, governing the development and use of land including without limitation, the permitted use of land; the density or intensity of use; subdivision requirements; the maximum height and size of proposed buildings; the provisions for reservation or dedication of land for public purposes; and the design, improvement, and construction standards and specifications applicable to the development of the Property which have been adopted and are effective and are a matter of public record as of the Effective Date of this Agreement. “Land Use Regulations” does not include any County or City ordinance, resolution, code, rule, regulation, or official policy, governing:
