Motor Garage definition
Motor Garage means any Motor Garage, parking station, or depot where Motor Cars, Motor Buses, or motor vehicles are garaged.
Motor Garage means a building used for the servicing, repair, storage, display, sale, overhauling and testing of engines, rebuilding of engines, fuelling or washing and cleaning of vehicles together with facilities connected with these activities including the storage and sale of fuel, lubricants, motor spares and accessories, tourist maps, display and sale of vehicles, brochures and including an office, storeroom, workshop, grease-pit and machinery; provided that panel beating and spray painting may be included by special consent.
