MOSAs mean mortgage loan origination and servicing agreements.
MOSAs means a mandate of sale agreement, remarketing agreement, guaranty or similar agreement or instrument entered into by JLG or any of its Subsidiaries as a credit enhancement of financing obtained by customers of JLG or any of its Subsidiaries to finance the acquisition by such customers of equipment manufactured by JLG or any of its Subsidiaries.
