Mortgaged Borrowing Base Asset definition

Mortgaged Borrowing Base Asset means a Borrowing Base Asset that is subject to a Mortgage Instrument and Assignment of Leases.
Mortgaged Borrowing Base Asset means a Borrowing Base Asset that is subject to a Mortgage Instrument and Assignment of “Mortgaged Real Property Asset” means a Real Property Asset that is subject to a Mortgage Instrument and Assignment of Leases.
