Furthermore, in the case of additional Real Property Collateral, Holdings will, and will cause the other Credit Parties to, deliver to the Collateral Agent such opinions of counsel in each jurisdiction in which the mortgaged Real Property is located, surveys or survey updates or ExpressMaps, as required to the extent necessary to allow the issuer of the Mortgage Policy to issue such policy without a standard survey exception.
