Mortgage Loan Data Tape definition

Mortgage Loan Data Tape means the data tape, dated as of October 31, 2013, setting forth the categories of information with respect to each Mortgage Loan as specified on Schedule 1.1(B).
Mortgage Loan Data Tape. The electronic data tape delivered by RFC to the Seller on November 6, 2006 containing the information to be used to create the Mortgage Loan Schedule.
Mortgage Loan Data Tape. The electronic tape delivered by the Seller to the Purchaser prior to each related Closing Date containing the information to be used to create the Mortgage Loan Schedule.
