Mortgage Loan Cash Management Accounts definition

Mortgage Loan Cash Management Accounts means, collectively, the Restricted Account, the Concentration Account and the Cash Management Account (as each such term is defined in the Mortgage Loan Agreement).
Mortgage Loan Cash Management Accounts means the Cash Management Account (as defined in the Mortgage Loan Agreement) and the each Clearing Account (as defined in the Mortgage Loan Agreement).

Examples of Mortgage Loan Cash Management Accounts in a sentence

  • Borrower grants to Lender a security interest in Borrower’s interest, if any, in each of the Mortgage Loan Cash Management Accounts, if any, subject only to the prior rights of Mortgage Lender, and any and all monies now or hereafter deposited in each Mortgage Loan Cash Management Accounts as additional security for payment of the Debt to the extent Borrower has an interest in same.

  • Cash Management Accounts means the bank accounts of each Loan Party maintained at one or more Cash Management Banks listed on Schedule 8.01.

  • Collection Account Agreement means that certain Collection Account Agreement, dated the Closing Date, among the Borrower, the Servicer, the Account Bank, the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent, governing the Collection Account and which permits the Collateral Agent on behalf of the Secured Parties to direct disposition of the funds in the Collection Account, as such agreement may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with its terms.

  • Secured Cash Management Obligations means Obligations under Secured Cash Management Agreements.

  • Collateral Account Agreement means the Collateral Account Agreement executed and delivered by Company and Administrative Agent on the Closing Date, substantially in the form of EXHIBIT XXIII annexed hereto, as such Collateral Account Agreement may hereafter be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Deposit Account Agreement means the Deposit Account Agreement and Disclosure, as may be amended from time to time, issued by the Custodian and available on the Custodian’s internet customer portal, “xx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx”.

  • Servicing Accounts The account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 3.08.

  • Concentration Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.

  • Cash Management System shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.01(e).

  • Cash Management Reserves means such reserves as the Agent, from time to time, determines in its Permitted Discretion as being appropriate to reflect the reasonably anticipated liabilities and obligations of the Loan Parties with respect to Cash Management Services then provided or outstanding.

  • Cash Management Agreements means any agreement providing for treasury, depository, purchasing card or cash management services, including in connection with any automated clearing house transfer of funds or any similar transaction entered into in the ordinary course of business.

  • Loan Combination Custodial Account means the “Loan Combination Custodial Account” or analogous account established for the Mortgage Loan pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Management Accounts means the unaudited balance sheet of the Seller as at the Management Accounts Date and the unaudited statements of profit and loss of the Seller for the period commencing from 1st January 2007 and ended on the Management Accounts Date prepared in accordance with US GAAP and in a manner consistent with past practice, copies of which are annexed hereto as Exhibit B.

  • Servicer Custodial Account The separate Eligible Account or Accounts created and maintained by the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.08(b).

  • Cash Management Agreement means any agreement to provide cash management services, including treasury, depository, overdraft, credit or debit card, electronic funds transfer and other cash management arrangements.

  • Concentration Account Agreement as defined in subsection 4.16(b).

  • Cash Management Systems has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.8.

  • Collateral Deposit Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1(a).
