Mortgage Loan Amortization Schedule definition

Mortgage Loan Amortization Schedule means the mortgage loan amortization schedule delivered by the Lender to the Trustee and the Issuer on the Closing Date and attached as Exhibit B to the Financing Agreement, as the same may be replaced by an amended mortgage loan amortization schedule delivered to the Issuer and the Trustee pursuant to Section 4.03 of the Financing Agreement.
Mortgage Loan Amortization Schedule means each amortization schedule for the applicable Mortgage Loan delivered to the Trustee on the Closing Date, as subsequently modified by the Lender on the Forward MBS Delivery Date.
Mortgage Loan Amortization Schedule means the mortgage loan amortization schedule for the Mortgage Loan delivered to the Trustee on or prior to the Conversion Date.
