Mortalities is defined in Schedule 8.

For purposes of this rule, the term also includes historically nonnative species introduced by the Indiana department of natural resources as part of a program of wildlife management whether such species reproduce or not.

  • Lot coverage means the portion or percentage of the area of a lot upon which buildings are erected.
