MOP Livranca definition

MOP Livranca means that certain promissory note, dated as of the date hereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit E-12, regarding the Local Term Loans executed by the Borrower, and endorsed by each Guarantor, in favor of the Collateral Agent.

  • SMME s means small, medium and micro enterprises in the supply chain management system of the Municipality;

  • CESA means the California Endangered Species Act (California Fish and Game Code, §§2050-2115.5) and all regulations promulgated pursuant to that Act.

  • CASA means the Civil Aviation Safety Authority.

  • SUR means the software use rights agreements which include additional or supplemental terms and conditions under which Software is licensed and which is made available on xxx.xxx.xxx/xxxxxxx/xxxxx.

  • SANS : means the South African National Standards.

  • Cadre means the strength of a service or a part of a service sanctioned as a separate unit.

  • Becquerel (Bq) means the SI unit of activity. One becquerel is equal to 1 disintegration or transformation per second (dps or tps).

  • OJEU means the Official Journal of the European Union.

  • SA means the booklet that describes the Health Care Coverage provided to Enrolled Members. The Subscriber Agreement(s) applicable to the initial Rating Period are listed in Section III.

  • Bait means any salt, mineral, grain, or other feed. Salt or mineral blocks used for normal agricultural practices are not considered bait.

  • B-BBEE means broad-based black economic empowerment as defined in section 1 of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act;

  • SAQA means the South African Qualifications Authority established by section 3 of the South African Qualifications Authority Act, 1995 (Act 58 of 1995);

  • KIID means key investor information document;

  • CAFA means the Class Action Fairness Act of 2005, 28 U.S.C. §§ 1711-1715.

  • NZME means all companies in the NZME Group including but not limited to APN Holdings NZ Limited, NZME. Publishing Limited, NZME. Radio Limited, GrabOne Limited and all brands and operating companies controlled by or associated with those entities.

  • FAIS means the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act, No. 37 of 2002.

  • Son or “daughter” means a biological, adopted, or foster child, stepchild, a legal ward, or a child of a person standing in loco parentis, who is either under age eighteen or age eighteen or older and incapable of self-care because of a mental or physical disability at the time that FMLA leave is to commence.

  • LA means the Local Authority in the area in which the Academy is situated;

  • LDA means a geographic area within the PJM Region that has limited transmission capability to import capacity to satisfy such area’s reliability requirement, as determined by the Office of the Interconnection in connection with preparation of the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan, and as specified in Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 10.1.

  • CFA Franc or “CFAF” means the currency of the Borrower;

  • Panchayat means an institution (by whatever name called) of self-government constituted under article 243B, for the rural areas;

  • CI means carbon intensity.

  • EMMA means the Electronic Municipal Market Access system as described in 1934 Act Release No. 59062 and maintained by the MSRB for purposes of the Rule.

  • Public Finance Management Act ’ means the Public Finance Management Act, 1999 (Act No. 1 of 1999);

  • ESFA means the Education and Skills Funding Agency.

  • FOISA means the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Xxx 0000 and any subordinate legislation made under this Act from time to time or any superseding or amending enactments or regulations, together with any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner, the Scottish Information Commissioner and/or any relevant government department in relation to such legislation.
