Examples of Moody’s Rate in a sentence
Upon the expiration of the applicable six (6) month period, all payments deferred pursuant to this Section 9 (excluding in-kind benefits) shall be paid in a lump sum payment to the Executive, plus interest thereon from the date of the Executive’s Involuntary Termination through the payment date at an annual rate equal to Moody’s Rate.
Upon the expiration of the applicable six-month period under Section 409A(a)(2)(B)(i) of the Code, all payments deferred pursuant to this Section 10 (excluding in-kind benefits) shall be paid in a lump sum payment to the Executive, plus interest thereon from the date of the Executive’s Involuntary Termination through the payment date at an annual rate equal to Moody’s Rate.
Effective January 1, 2009, the rate of interest for each Plan Year shall be the Moody’s Rate.

Interest on the unpaid balance will be credited for the remaining periods at 125% of the Moody’s Rate established for each of the subsequent Plan Years.
