Moody's General Portfolio Requirements definition

Moody's General Portfolio Requirements means that the Fund's portfxxxx xxst meet the following diversification requirements: (a) no more than 25% by par value of the Fund's total assets can be invested in the securities of borrowers and other issuers having their principal business activities in the same Moody's Industry Classification; provided, that this limitation shaxx xxx apply with respect to U.S. Government Securities and provided further that for purposes of this subsection (a), the term "issuer" shall not include a lender selling a participation to the Fund or any other person interpositioned between such lender and the Fund with respect to a participation and (b) no more than 10% by par value of the Fund's total assets can be invested in securities of a single issuer, and provided further that for purposes of this subsection (b), the term "issuer" includes both the borrower under a loan agreement and the lender selling a participation to the Fund together with any other persons interpositioned between such lender and the Fund with respect to such participation.

  • Storage Injection Requirements means all volumes required by the Seller for injection into underground storage, including cushion gas, and for liquification, including fuel used for injection and in liquification plants, or for such other storage projects that may be developed expressly for the protection of supply to high priority users.

  • Federal poverty guidelines means the poverty guidelines published annually in the Federal Register by the United States Department of Health and Human Services under its authority to revise the poverty line under section 673(2) of subtitle B of title VI of the omnibus budget reconciliation act of 1981, 42 USC 9902.
