Monthly Yield definition

Monthly Yield has the meaning given such term in Section 3.1.
Monthly Yield means the product of 10.35% times the Yield Measurement for the preceding Due Period divided by 365 times the number of days in the current Due Period (see formula below):

Examples of Monthly Yield in a sentence

  • To the extent KWHK collects gross revenue from tenants on behalf of the Owner and such amounts (after deducting applicable fees, commissions, outgoings and other expenses) are then transferred by KWHK to the Owner (including the Monthly Yield), such amounts are payments from tenants to the Owner for which KWHK has no proprietary interest, and therefore are not subject to the relevant Annual Cap.

  • In the event the independent property valuers’ assessments are yet to be available by the commencement of the Renewed Management Term, KWHK shall continue to pay to the Owner the Monthly Yield with reference to the Guaranteed GR for the Management Term (for the purpose of calculating the Lease Management Fee payable) on account of such Guaranteed GR for the Renewed Management Term to be determined.

  • If the January USDA production report published during a Crop Year shows that the Actual Monthly Yield for such month is not greater than 90% of the trend yield set by the Parties for such month, then the Maximum Aggregate Amount for the Crop Year shall be reduced by 15% and the Maximum Monthly Amount for any remaining months during such Crop Year shall be reduced by 15%.

  • However, if a subsequent USDA production report issued during August through December of such Crop Year shows that the Actual Monthly Yield for a given month has increased to an amount which is greater than 90% of the trend yield set by the Parties for such month, then the Maximum Monthly Amount for the following month shall be restored to the original Maximum Monthly Amount before the 15% reduction.

  • If TCSI does not elect to repurchase the Credit Card Receivables during the Option Period under Section 2.2, all Collections in excess of the sum of (a) the Monthly Yield and (b) the $0.50 per account fee referred to in Section 3.1 will be paid to the Bank until the Bank has received the Repayment Amount.

  • The Monthly Yield for the prior month shall be distributed to Investor on a monthly basis on the first (1st) day of each month.

  • At no time do we ever expect House Net Monthly Yield Rate to be zero, though it is possible if not probable, in which case no minimum HNMYR is owed to the Lenders, but we do expect that YieldShare may produce additional HNMYR due to improved liquidity pool algorithms on alternate ETH/USDC pool, volatile activity months, safe hedging strategies and possible third-party supplies of USDC.

  • The Borrower may in turn lend any other substantial amount for a similar Term to a decentralized exchange whenever it deems it appropriate to accomplish the highest House Net Monthly Yield Rate.

  • Although this example was based on ETH /WBTC, other pairings offered such as ETH / USDC will have the same 40% of House Net Monthly Yield Rate (minus gas fees), but other pairings, or pools, or pools that YieldShare manages that are in “beta” status, will always differ in how they perform.

  • Continuing this example, the House Net Monthly Yield Rate is 15.5% on the entire loaned amount.

Related to Monthly Yield

  • Monthly Salary Rate means the amount agreed to by Owner that can be used on Applications for Payment throughout the Construction Phase to account for the monthly salary costs of Contractor’s salaried personnel assigned to the Project. A Monthly Salary Rate must be established for each salaried person and must be approved in writing by Owner in advance of any Application for Payment for that person. The Monthly Salary Rate is for convenience only and any payments made for Contractor’s personnel are subject to audit to determine the actual cost of the wages and allowable employer contributions incurred by Contractor for services performed. The initial Monthly Salary Rate is included in Exhibit “G” attached to this Agreement.

  • Portfolio Yield means, with respect to any Due Period, the annualized percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which shall be the sum of (i) the amount of Finance Charge Collections received during such Due Period, (ii) the amount of Series Yield Collections for each Series then outstanding for such Due Period and (iii) the amount of Series Additional Funds for each Series then outstanding for such Due Period, and the denominator of which shall be the total amount of Principal Receivables in the Trust as of the first day of such Due Period.

  • Average Monthly Limit means the maximum allowable "Average Monthly Concentration" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA when expressed as a concentration (e.g. mg/l); otherwise, it means "Average Monthly Discharge Limitation" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA.

  • Monthly Volume means the product of the Committed Volume multiplied by the number of days in the relevant month.

  • Accrual Yield means the rate specified as such in the applicable Final Terms; and
