Monthly Trustee Fee definition

Monthly Trustee Fee means, in respect of any Due Period, the sum of $1,000.

More Definitions of Monthly Trustee Fee

Monthly Trustee Fee for any Accrual Period means an amount equal to ------------------- $2,000 plus the reasonable out-of-pocket costs incurred by the Trustee during such Accrual Period in the performance of its duties under this Agreement.

  • Class A Noteholders’ Distribution Amount means, for any distribution date, the sum of the Class A Noteholders’ Interest Distribution Amount and the Class A Noteholders’ Principal Distribution Amount for that distribution date.
