Monthly Summary definition

Monthly Summary. At the end of each Billing Month the total of the daily collections for that period are summarized and reported to the Trustee. (Monthly Servicer's Report) Initial Start-Up The standard process will be modified during the first three Billing Months following the Transfer Date of the Initial Transferred Securitization Property under the Sale Agreement. The first such Billing Month requires the calculation of the amount of Securitization Charges for the prior Billing Month and collections for all three of those Billing Months must take into account payment history by adjustment based on the Collection Curve for the applicable Billing Month.
