Monthly Subscription Fees definition

Monthly Subscription Fees means the monthly (or 1/12 of the annual fee) subscription fees paid for the Cloud Service which did not meet the System Availability SLA.

More Definitions of Monthly Subscription Fees

Monthly Subscription Fees means the annual subscription Fees specified in the applicable Order Form, pro-rated on a monthly basis.
