Monthly Status Report definition

Monthly Status Report has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(b).

Monthly Status Report means a status report prepared monthly by the Company in form, scope and content acceptable to the Administrative Agent, setting forth as of such month then ended (a) detailing production from the Oil and Gas Properties, the volumes of Oil and Gas produced and saved, the volumes of Oil and Gas sold, gross revenue, net income, related leasehold operating expenses, severance taxes, other taxes, capital costs and any production imbalances incurred during such period and (b) information concerning any Derivative Contracts entered into by the Company or its Subsidiaries, and (c) such additional information with respect to any of the Oil and Gas Properties as may be reasonably requested by Administrative Agent.

Monthly Status Report shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.4.2.

Examples of Monthly Status Report in a sentence

• A copy of monthly attendance records shall be attached with Monthly Status Report.

• High resolution photographs and video of the highway stretches having defects and/or deficiencies shall be submitted along with Weekly Inspection Report and Monthly Status Report.

• If the Monthly Status Report indicates an avoidable delay to the Contract completion date or interim completion dates as specified in the Agreement, Contractor shall identify the problem, cause and the activities affected and provide an explanation of the proposed corrective action to meet the milestone dates involved or to mitigate further delays.

• Monthly Status Report submittals shall include a time-scaled (days after notice to proceed) diagram showing all contract activities and supporting narrative.

More Definitions of Monthly Status Report

Monthly Status Report means each of the Reports specified in Section 13 (Reporting) below.

Monthly Status Report means a status report prepared by Borrower in form, scope and content acceptable to Administrative Agent, setting forth as of such month then ended (a) detailing production from the Borrowing Base Properties, the volumes of Oil and Gas produced and saved, the volumes of Oil and Gas sold, gross revenue, net income, related leasehold operating expenses, severance taxes, other taxes, capital costs and any production imbalances or take or pay imbalances incurred during such period and (b) such additional information with respect to any of Borrower’s or any Subsidiary’s Borrowing Base Properties as may be reasonably requested by Administrative Agent, including the names and addresses of current purchasers of production and copies of current division orders from such purchasers showing Borrower’s or such Subsidiary’s interest in the subject xxxxx and Borrowing Base Properties.

Monthly Status Report means the report prepared by the Contractor on a monthly basis detailing any Malfunctions, third-party damages, or other reasons affecting operation of the System in accordance with the Agreement and the Implementation Plan, and the number of days, in whole or in part (and the number of hours for any partial days), that the System was not fully in service and producing Images of Violators sufficient for all Violators to be issued a Citation because of any reason at each Approach.

Monthly Status Report means each of the Reports specified in Section 4.2 (Reporting) below.

Monthly Status Report means the report prepared by the Contractor on a monthly basis detailing any Malfunctions, third-party damages, or other reasons affecting operation of the System in accordance with the Agreement and the Implementation Plan, and the number of days, in whole or in part (and the number of hours for any partial days), that the System was not fully in service.

Monthly Status Report has the meaning defined in Section 8.11.

Monthly Status Report means a monthly report referred to in subsection 22.1.1. “Noise Control Plan” means the plan attached hereto as Appendix 32.
