Monthly Spending Limit definition

Monthly Spending Limit means the maximum limit permitted by us, and communicated to you by us from time to time, in respect of which the Monthly Transaction Amount must not exceed at any time, or such other amount as we may at our reasonable discretion from time to time prescribe for the purpose.

Monthly Spending Limit means the maximum limit permitted by you, and communicated to me by you from time to time, in respect of which the Monthly Transaction Amount must not exceed at any time, or such other amount as you may at your absolute discretion from time to time prescribe for the purpose.

Examples of Monthly Spending Limit in a sentence

• Card Transaction, notwithstanding that the amount of the proposed Card Transactions does not exceed the Available Balance in the Designated Account or the Monthly Transaction Amount would not exceed the Monthly Spending Limit if such Card Transaction is effected.

• If the Balance Transfer applicant is the supplementary of the Card Member, the Balance Transfer amount must also not exceed his available Monthly Spending Limit.

• If the BT applicant is the extension Card Member, the BT Amount must not also exceed his available Monthly Spending Limit.
