consent, license, exemption, variance, franchise, permit, authorization or similar order or authorization from any Governmental Instrumentality required to be obtained or maintained in connection with the Train 4 Facility, the Site or the Work. \u201cPerson\u201d means any individual, company, joint venture, corporation, partnership, association, joint stock company, limited liability company,
