If the actual average quality of the Product during the period between the first and last day of a determined month is lower than the Guaranteed Specifications, BUYER shall be entitled to further request, SELLER to take countermeasures required for quality improvement, and SELLER shall explain the background reasons for such Product not satisfying to the Guaranteed Specifications and propose suitable countermeasures at the next Monthly Meeting, as provided in Clause 2.9.1 above.
