Monthly Levy means the contributions from Owners or nominated occupants of SJPark levied in terms of rule 6 in order to manage, control , operate, administer, repair, service and maintain the common property in the scheme and, where applicable, in the development as a whole and 'levy' shall have a corresponding meaning;
