Monthly Installment Method definition

Monthly Installment Method means a monthly installment payment over the number of months selected by the Participant in accordance with his Plan Agreement, calculated as follows: The Account Balance of the Participant shall be calculated as of the end of the last day of the month. The monthly installment shall be calculated by multiplying this balance by a fraction, the numerator of which is one, and the denominator of which is the remaining number of monthly payments due the Participant. By way of example, if the Participant receives benefits under a 120-month Monthly Installment Method, the payment shall be 1/120 of the Account Balance, calculated as described in this definition. The following month, the payment shall be 1/119 of the Account Balance, calculated as described in this definition. Each monthly installment shall be paid on or as soon as practicable after the last day of the applicable month.
Monthly Installment Method means a monthly installment form of payment over the number of months selected by the Participant in accordance with this Plan, calculated as follows: the amount of each installment shall equal the Account Balance to be distributed under the Monthly Installment Method, determined as of the business day immediately preceding the date of the monthly installment payment, divided by the total number of installment payments to be made in and after such subsequent Plan Year, with each payment to be made on made on the 15th day of the month (or as soon as reasonably possible following such date, but no later than 90 days thereafter). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the final installment shall be the Participant's Account Balance as of the date of payment.

Examples of Monthly Installment Method in a sentence

  • The Payout at a Specified Time shall be made or commenced at the time elected by the Participant and shall be distributed in a lump sum or pursuant to a Monthly Installment Method of 60, 120 or 180 months or an Annual Installment Method of five, ten or fifteen years, as elected by the Participant.

  • A Participant in connection with his or her commencement of participation in the Plan, may elect on a Distribution Election Form to receive a Termination Benefit in a lump sum or pursuant to a Monthly Installment Method of 60, 120 or 180 months or an Annual Installment Method of five, ten or fifteen years.

  • A Participant, in connection with his or her commencement of participation in the Plan, shall elect on a Survivor Benefit Payment Election Form whether the Pre-Termination Survivor Benefit shall be received by his or her Beneficiary in a lump sum or pursuant to a Monthly Installment Method of 60, 120 or 180 months or Annual Installment Method of five, ten or fifteen years.

  • The termination of the Plan shall not adversely affect any Participant or Beneficiary who has become entitled to the payment of any benefits under the Plan as of the date of termination; provided, however, that the Employer shall have the right to accelerate installment payments without a premium or prepayment penalty by paying the Account Balance in a lump sum or pursuant to a Monthly Installment Method using fewer months.

  • A Participant, in connection with his or her commencement of participation in the Plan, shall elect on an Election Form to receive the Retirement Benefit in a lump sum or pursuant to a Monthly Installment Method of 60, 120 or 180 months.

  • The amendment or modification of the Plan shall not affect any Participant or Beneficiary who has become entitled to the payment of benefits under the Plan as of the date of the amendment or modification; provided, however, that the Employer shall have the right to accelerate installment payments by paying the Account Balance in a lump sum or pursuant to a Monthly Installment Method using fewer months.

  • By way of example, if a Participant’s Benefit Payment Date is the date determined under (i) above, the Participant’s first six monthly installments shall be delayed until the Benefit Payment Date, such that the initial payment on the Benefit Payment Date will equal seven monthly installments (calculated using the Monthly Installment Method).

  • At the same time, imports experienced an upward trend until 2012.

  • A Participant shall receive distribution of his Account Balance in a single lump sum payment or under a Monthly Installment Method as irrevocably elected by him in his initial Plan Agreement.

  • Equal Monthly Installment Method means the presumption of equal monthly installments beginning no more than forty-five (45) days from the purchase date of the Vehicle and amortized over not more than eighty- four (84) months.

Related to Monthly Installment Method

  • Installment Date as defined in Section 2.12.

  • Installment Amount means the sum of (A) (i) with respect to any Installment Date other than the Maturity Date, the lesser of (x) the quotient of (I) the Principal amount outstanding under this Note as of the initial Installment Date, divided by (II) the number of Installment Dates occurring hereunder (as determined as of the initial Installment Date assuming no Deferrals, Accelerations, redemptions or conversions hereunder prior to the Maturity Date) and (y) the Principal amount then outstanding under this Note as of such Installment Date, and (ii) with respect to the Installment Date that is the Maturity Date, the Principal amount then outstanding under this Note as of such Installment Date (in each case, as any such Installment Amount may be reduced pursuant to the terms of this Note, whether upon conversion, redemption or Deferral), (B) any Deferral Amount deferred pursuant to Section 8(d) and included in such Installment Amount in accordance therewith, (C) any Acceleration Amount accelerated pursuant to Section 8(e) and included in such Installment Amount in accordance therewith and (D) in each case of clauses (A) through (C) above, the sum of any accrued and unpaid Interest and Make-Whole Amount with respect thereto as of such Installment Date under this Note, if any, and accrued and unpaid Late Charges, if any, under this Note as of such Installment Date. In the event the Holder shall sell or otherwise transfer any portion of this Note, the transferee shall be allocated a pro rata portion of the each unpaid Installment Amount hereunder.

  • Installment Due Date means, for any monthly installment of interest-only or principal and interest, the date on which such monthly installment is due and payable pursuant to Section 3 of this Note.

  • Monthly Interest Distributable Amount With respect to any Distribution Date and each Class of Certificates, other than the Class P, Class R and Class C Certificates, an amount equal to the amount of interest accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period at the related Pass-Through Rate on the Class Principal Amount of such Class of Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date, in each case, reduced by any Net Prepayment Interest Shortfalls allocated to such Class of Certificates and any Relief Act Interest Shortfalls allocated to such Class of Certificates, in each such case, as such shortfalls are allocated pursuant to Section 1.02 herein.

  • Note Monthly Interest Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, interest accrued for the related Interest Accrual Period at the related Interest Rate for each Class of Notes on the Outstanding Amount of the Notes of each such Class on the immediately preceding Payment Date (or, in the case of the first Payment Date, the original principal amount of each such Class of Notes), after giving effect to all distributions of principal to the Noteholders of each such Class on or prior to such Payment Date.

  • Annual Installment means the portion of the PACE loan that is due and payable for a particular year under the supplemental agreement.

  • Installment Payment Date means the date on which an installment payment of an assessment is payable.

  • Class B Monthly Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(b).

  • Incremental Term Loan Installment Date shall have, with respect to any Class of Incremental Term Loans established pursuant to an Incremental Assumption Agreement, the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.10(a)(ii).

  • Class C Monthly Interest is defined in Section 4.1(c).

  • Installment Payment has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.02(a).

  • Collateral Minimum Monthly Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(c).

  • Noteholders’ Monthly Interest Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date and any Class of Notes, interest accrued at the respective Interest Rate during the applicable Interest Period on the principal amount of the Notes of such Class outstanding as of the end of the prior Distribution Date (or, in the case of the first Distribution Date, as of the Closing Date), calculated (x) for the Class A-1 Notes and the Class A-2-B Notes on the basis of a 360-day year and the actual number of days elapsed in the applicable Interest Period and (y) for all other Classes of Notes on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months (without adjustment for the actual number of business days elapsed in the applicable Interest Period), except with respect to the first Interest Period.

  • Applicable Unscheduled Principal Receipt Period With respect to the Mortgage Loans serviced by each Servicer and each of Full Unscheduled Principal Receipts and Partial Unscheduled Principal Receipts, the Unscheduled Principal Receipt Period specified on Schedule I hereto, as amended from time to time by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 10.01(b) hereof.

  • Class A Monthly Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(a).

  • Class D Monthly Interest means, for any Distribution Date, one-twelfth (or, in the case of the first Distribution Date, the number of days from and including the Closing Date to but excluding the 15th day of the month in which such Distribution Date occurs, assuming each month has 30 days, divided by 360) of the product of (A) the Class D Rate and (B) the outstanding principal balance of the Class D Notes as of the preceding Distribution Date (after giving effect to all payments of principal made to the Holders of the Class D Notes on or before such preceding Distribution Date).

  • Minimum Monthly Payment for any Mortgage Loan and any month means the minimum amount required to be paid by the related mortgagor in that month.

  • Collateral Senior Minimum Monthly Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(d).

  • Note Monthly Interest means, for a Class and a Payment Date, the aggregate amount of interest accrued on the Note Balance of the Class at the Note Interest Rate for the Class for the related Interest Period.

  • Class A-1 Monthly Interest means (i) for the initial Distribution Date, $[ ], and (ii) for any Distribution Date thereafter, the product of (A) the actual number of days elapsed during the period from and including the preceding Distribution Date to but excluding such Distribution Date divided by 360, (B) the Class A-1 Rate and (C) the outstanding principal balance of the Class A-1 Notes as of the preceding Distribution Date (after giving effect to all payments of principal made to the Holders of the Class A-1 Notes on or before such preceding Distribution Date).

  • Scheduled Principal Distribution Amount With respect to each Distribution Date, an amount equal to the aggregate of the principal portions of:

  • Class A-1 Final Scheduled Distribution Date means the Distribution Date.

  • Class B Noteholders’ Monthly Interest Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, interest accrued for the related Interest Accrual Period on the Class B Notes at the interest rate for such Class on the Outstanding Amount of the Notes of such Class on the immediately preceding Payment Date (or, in the case of the initial Payment Date, on the Closing Date), after giving effect to all payments of principal to the Noteholders of such Class on or prior to such preceding Payment Date. For all purposes of this Agreement and the Basic Documents, interest with respect to all Class B Notes shall be computed on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months. The interest due on these Classes of notes on each Payment Date will be the product of: · the Outstanding Principal Balance of the Class B Notes; · the Class B Interest Rate; and · 30 (or, in the case of the initial Payment Date, 26) divided by 360.

  • Annual Deferral Amount means that portion of a Participant's Base Annual Salary and Annual Bonus that a Participant elects to have, and is deferred, in accordance with Article 3, for any one Plan Year. In the event of a Participant's Retirement, Disability (if deferrals cease in accordance with Section 8.1), death or a Termination of Employment prior to the end of a Plan Year, such year's Annual Deferral Amount shall be the actual amount withheld prior to such event.

  • Monthly Payment Amount means, with respect to each Payment Date, a payment equal to the amount of interest which has accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period, computed at the Interest Rate.

  • Term Loan Installment Date means any Term B Loan Installment Date or any Incremental Term Loan Installment Date.
