Monthly Gathering Fee definition

Monthly Gathering Fee means, for each Month, a fee equal to the sum of (i) a fee equal to [**REDACTED**] for each Mcf of Shipper’s Gas attributable to Legacy LP Volumes and Legacy JV Volumes and (ii) a fee equal to [**REDACTED**] for each Mcf of Shipper’s Gas attributable to Legacy NPC Corporate Volumes, New LP Volumes and New NPC Corporate Volumes, in each case, received at the Receipt Points and gathered hereunder in each such Month. Monthly Gathering Fee means, for each Shipper in each Month, the product of (i) the Gathering Rate for that Month multiplied by (ii) the total quantity (in MMBtu's) of Gas and Condensate gathered and redelivered for that Shipper in that Month in the Gathering System.

Examples of Monthly Gathering Fee in a sentence

  • The Monthly Gathering Fee shall be escalated on each anniversary of the Effective Date to equal the product of: (i) the applicable fee then in effect multiplied by (ii) a factor of 1.015.

  • For all volumes (in Mcf’s) of Purchased Gas delivered to the Receipt Points each Month, Shipper shall pay to Gathering System Owners the sum of the Monthly Gathering Fee, the Monthly Capital Fee, and the Monthly Operating Fee for that Month.

  • Monthly Service Fee means a monthly charge to a member for continuing care and not as rent, or a daily prorated portion thereof.
