Monthly Financials definition

Monthly Financials means the financial statements delivered, or required to be delivered, pursuant to Section 9.1(b)(ii), together with the accompanying Authorized Officer’s certificate delivered, or required to be delivered, pursuant to Section 9.1(c).
Monthly Financials has the meaning set forth in Section 6.13(a)(1).
Monthly Financials shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 4.9 hereof.
