Monthly Energy Payment definition

Monthly Energy Payment has the meaning set forth in Section 4.[1/2]([b/c]).

Monthly Energy Payment has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(c). “Xxxxx’x” means Xxxxx’x Investor Services, Inc., or its successor. “MWh” means megawatt-hour.

More Definitions of Monthly Energy Payment

Monthly Energy Payment for a particular Month of the Term, means the Monthly amount to be paid by Georgia Power to QF for Georgia Power’s purchase of Energy from the Facility, as the same is calculated by QF as provided in Section 9.1.
