Monthly CPR definition

Monthly CPR means, on any Trust Determination Date, the total Mortgages Trustee Principal Receipts received by the Mortgages Trustee during the immediately preceding Trust Calculation Period date divided by the aggregate Outstanding Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans comprised in the Trust Property as at the immediately preceding Trust Determination Date.
Monthly CPR means, on any trust determination date, the sum of the aggregate amount of mortgages trust principal receipts received by the mortgages trustee during the immediately preceding trust calculation period less the aggregate mortgage reserve debt principal balancing amount for such trust calculation period, divided by the sum of the aggregate outstanding principal balance of the mortgage loans included in the mortgage loan portfolio as at the immediately preceding trust determination date and the outstanding MRT Principal Amount as at the immediately preceding trust determination date.
Monthly CPR on any Normal Calculation Date means the total Principal Receipts received during the period of one month (or, if shorter, from and including the Initial Closing Date) ending on that Normal Calculation Date divided by the aggregate Outstanding Principal Balance of the Loans comprised in the Trust Property as at the immediately preceding Normal Calculation Date;

  • Monthly Salary Rate means the amount agreed to by the Owner that can be used on Applications for Payment throughout the Construction Phase to account for the services of Construction Manager’s salaried personnel assigned to the Project. A Monthly Salary Rate must be established for each salaried person and must be approved in writing by the Owner in advance of any Application for Payment for that person. The Monthly Salary Rate is for convenience only and any payments made for Construction Manager’s personnel are subject to audit to determine the actual cost of the wages and allowable employer contributions incurred by the Construction Manager for services performed for the Project.

  • Net Monthly Excess Cashflow With respect to each Distribution Date, the sum of (a) any Overcollateralization Release Amount for such Distribution Date and (b) the excess of (x) Available Funds for such Distribution Date over (y) the sum for such Distribution Date of (A) the Monthly Interest Distributable Amounts for the Class A Certificates and the Mezzanine Certificates, (B) the Unpaid Interest Shortfall Amounts for the Class A Certificates and (C) the Principal Remittance Amount.

  • Monthly Debt Service Payment Amount means, for each Monthly Payment Date, an amount equal to the amount of interest which is then due on all the Components of the Loan in the aggregate for the Interest Period during which such Monthly Payment Date occurs.

  • Net Loss Amount means the sum of Cumulative Loss Amounts under this Single Family Shared-Loss Agreement and Aggregate Net Charge-Offs under the Commercial Shared-Loss Agreement.
