Monthly Billing Period definition

Monthly Billing Period means the period beginning on the first calendar day of each calendar month, except that the initial Monthly Billing Period shall consist of the period beginning 12:01 a.m., on the Capacity Delivery Date and ending with the last calendar day of such month.
Monthly Billing Period means a calendar month; provided that the period between any two readings of a Shipper’s meter(s) may not strictly correspond to such calendar month.
Monthly Billing Period means the period during any particular calendar month in which either Test Energy and/or Solar Energy Output has been generated by Seller for Buyers and delivered to the Point of Interconnection for sale to Buyers, whether or not occurring prior to or subsequent to the Commercial Operation Date.

More Definitions of Monthly Billing Period

Monthly Billing Period means the period during any particular Month in which Energy Output has been generated by Seller for Buyer and delivered to the Point of Delivery for sale to Buyer, whether or not occurring prior to or subsequent to the Commercial Operation Date.
