Monthly Base Charge definition

Monthly Base Charge means (i) for the Initial Term, a fixed monthly charge per EDC Account number, if any, as set forth in the BEA, and (ii) for the Holdover Period, a monthly charge per Account number. To receive current Monthly Base Charge information for the Holdover Period, Customer must call Company toll free at 877-528-2890 during Company’s normal business hours.
