Monthly Average Balance definition

Monthly Average Balance means the average balance to be maintained for Current Accounts as notified by ICICI Bank Ltd. from time to time.
Monthly Average Balance means, in relation to a Draw Based Savings Account and eligibility for a Prize, the average monthly balance of the Account for the period relevant to any Prize as determined by the Bank.
Monthly Average Balance or “MAB” means the sum of each day-end balance in the Account for each calendar month divided by the number of calendar days for that month.

More Definitions of Monthly Average Balance

Monthly Average Balance. (“MAB”) means the average of available balance in the Account for each particular calendar month based on the Bank’s record.
Monthly Average Balance or “MAB” means the sum of each Day-end balance in an Account for every day in the month divided by the number of days in that month as stipulated in Clause 3.4.

  • Monthly Average means the highest allowable average of “daily discharges” over a calendar month, calculated as the sum of all “daily discharges” measured during a calendar month divided by the number of “daily discharges” measured during that month. For Fecal Coliform Bacteria (FCB) or E-Coli, report the monthly average.

  • Average Monthly Limit means the maximum allowable "Average Monthly Concentration" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA when expressed as a concentration (e.g. mg/l); otherwise, it means "Average Monthly Discharge Limitation" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA.

If the Volume Weighted Average Price cannot be calculated for such security on such date in the manner provided above, the volume weighted average price shall be the fair market value as mutually determined by the Company and the Holders of a majority in interest of the Warrants being Exercised for which the calculation of the volume weighted average price is required in order to determine the Exercise Price of such Warrants. “Trading Day” shall mean any day on which the Common Stock is traded for any period on the OTCBB, NASDAQ, or on the principal securities exchange or other securities market on which the Common Stock is then being traded. For purposes of Rule 144 and sub-section (d)(3)(ii) thereof, it is intended, understood and acknowledged that the Common Stock issuable upon Exercise of this Warrant in a Cashless Exercise transaction shall be deemed to have been acquired at the time this Warrant was issued. Moreover, it is intended, understood and acknowledged that the holding period for the Common Stock issuable upon Exercise of this Warrant in a Cashless Exercise transaction shall be deemed to have commenced on the date this Warrant was issued.

  • Weighted Average Floating Spread means, as of any date of determination, the number, expressed as a percentage, obtained by summing the products obtained by multiplying, in the case of each Floating Rate Portfolio Investment included in the Borrowing Base, on an annualized basis, the Spread of such Floating Rate Portfolio Investments, by the outstanding principal balance of such Floating Rate Portfolio Investments as of such date and dividing such sum by the aggregate outstanding principal balance of all such Floating Rate Portfolio Investments and rounding the result up to the nearest 0.01%.

  • Maximum Contract Value means the amount specified in the "Limitation of Expenditure" clause set out in the Contract; and

  • Minimum Contract Value means 10% of the Maximum Contract Value.
