Monitoring Charge definition

Monitoring Charge means the charge set out in the Acknowledgement of Order as the charge for the Monitoring Service;
Monitoring Charge means the current annual charge to monitor the System via the Alarm Receiving Centre. (ARC) “.
Monitoring Charge means the sum of £700.00 (seven hundred pounds) towards the Council’s officer costs of monitoring compliance with the obligations contained in this Agreement;

  • Lender will credit (conditional upon final collection) all such payments against the principal or interest of any loans secured hereby on the date received by Lender; provided, however, that, for the purpose of computing interest, the Collateral Monitoring Charge, the Unused Credit Line Fee and any items or payments received by Lender shall not be considered to have been credited against any loans secured hereby until three (3) days after receipt by Lender of any such items.

  • The Borrower hereby agrees to pay the Lender a monthly collateral monitoring charge for services rendered by the Lender in connection with the maintenance of this revolving line of credit (the "Collateral Monitoring Charge").

  • The amount of the Collateral Monitoring Charge shall be equal to $2,500 per month.

  • The amount of the Collateral Monitoring Charge shall be equal to two hundred seventy-five thousandths of one percent (0.275%) multiplied by the average balance of the loan owing to Lender at the close of each day for such monthly period.
