Monitoring and Maintenance Plan shall outline the Grantee’s plans for monitoring the restored site, assessing maintenance needs, and carrying out known and unanticipated maintenance actions necessary or required during and after completion of the Project in accordance with Exhibit AWork Plan”. The Grantee shall prepare a Draft Monitoring and Maintenance Plan during the design phase of the Project and submit it to the State in accordance with Exhibit A “Work Plan” The Final Monitoring and Maintenance Plan shall be approved prior to disbursement of grant funds for construction or monitoring activities. The Monitoring and Maintenance Plan shall include the elements described in Exhibit D.
