Money Market Borrowing definition

Money Market Borrowing has the meaning set forth in Section 1.3.
Money Market Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous Money Market Loans of the same Type and, in the case of Money Market LIBOR Loans bearing interest calculated based on the Eurocurrency Rate, having the same Interest Period made by a Lender pursuant to Section 2.3.
Money Market Borrowing shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.03(b) hereof.

Examples of Money Market Borrowing in a sentence

  • In the case of acceptance, such notice (a "Notice of Money Market Borrowing") shall specify the aggregate principal amount of offers for each Interest Period that are accepted.

  • Each such optional prepayment shall be applied to prepay ratably the Loans of the several Banks included in such Group of Loans (or such Money Market Borrowing).
