Monetary Benefit definition

Monetary Benefit means the payment available to a Claimant who files a valid Claim under this Agreement. The specific Benefit received is subject to review, validation, and adjustments by the Settlement Administrator based upon the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Monetary Benefit means the monetary settlement benefits provided under this Agreement as determined pursuant to the methodology described in section 4(c) below.
Monetary Benefit as used herein means $750,000.00 to be made available by Defendant pursuant to this Settlement to resolve the Action, which represents Defendant’s total monetary liability under this Agreement.
