Monetary Awards definition

Monetary Awards means the individual monetary awards given to Claimants as described in Section VI below.
Monetary Awards means the Expedited Monetary Awards and individual monetary awards determined by the Neutrals, subject to approval by the Neutral Administrator, for Claimants as described in Section VII below, but not including the Supplemental Monetary Awards, as described in Section III(A)(47) below.

Examples of Monetary Awards in a sentence

  • The Court will review the amounts of the Individual Monetary Awards to ensure they are fair before the payments are made.

  • The point system (referred to as the “Distribution Formula” in the Settlement Agreement) and Individual Monetary Awards will be filed under seal to protect your privacy.

  • If the Court determines that the individual relief awards are fair, reasonable, and xxx- xxxxx, the Court shall approve the Monetary Awards List and the Priority Hire Claimant List as final (collectively, the “Final Individual Relief Awards Lists”) at or after the Fairness Hearing on Individual Relief.

  • No later than one hundred twenty-five (125) days after entry of the Final Individual Relief Awards Lists, the Claims Administrator shall mail via certified U.S. mail (return receipt requested) a monetary award check to each Claimant listed on the Amended Final Monetary Awards List.

  • The amount of the monetary award check shall be the amount shown for the Claimant on the Amended Final Monetary Awards List, less all appropriate taxes and other amounts withheld in accordance with Paragraph 82.

  • Other than the Waiver Award described in paragraph 4.2, the Settlement Fund will be the aggregate and absolute maximum amount that the Settling Defendant will become obligated to pay by operation of the Settlement Agreement and will be the only source of payment for (a) Monetary Awards to Settlement Class Members; (b) the Attorneys' Fee Award, if any, to Class Counsel; (c) the Administration Costs; and (d) the Representative Plaintiffs' Award, if any.

  • Expedited Monetary Awards will be determined by the Special Master appointed by the Court after all Claim Forms are submitted.

  • Expedited Monetary Awards are not based on an individualized assessment of any Settlement Class Member’s claims.

Related to Monetary Awards

  • Performance Awards means Performance Units, Performance Shares or either or both of them.

  • Equity Awards will mean Executive’s outstanding stock options, stock appreciation rights, restricted stock units, performance shares, performance stock units and any other Company equity compensation awards.

  • Service Awards means the amount awarded by the Court and paid to the Class Representatives in recognition of their role in this litigation, as set forth in Section 8 below.

  • Awards means, collectively, Options, Purchased Stock, Bonus Stock, Stock Appreciation Rights, Phantom Stock, Restricted Stock, Performance Awards, or Other Stock or Performance Based Awards.

  • Stock Awards means all stock options, restricted stock and such other awards granted pursuant to the Company’s stock option and equity incentive award plans or agreements and any shares of stock issued upon exercise thereof.

  • Performance Compensation Award means any Award designated by the Committee as a Performance Compensation Award pursuant to Section 11 of the Plan.

  • Other Stock-Based Awards means Awards granted to a Participant under Section 6(i) hereof.

  • Restricted Stock Unit Award means a right to receive shares of Common Stock which is granted pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 6(b).

  • Performance Stock Unit means a right granted to a Participant pursuant to Section 8.2, to receive Stock, the payment of which is contingent upon achieving certain Performance Goals or other performance-based targets established by the Committee.

  • Performance Shares means Shares or an Award denominated in Shares which may be earned in whole or in part upon attainment of performance criteria established by the Administrator.

  • Cash-Based Award means an Award entitling the recipient to receive a cash-denominated payment.

  • Erroneously Awarded Compensation means, with respect to each Executive Officer in connection with an Accounting Restatement, the amount of Clawback Eligible Incentive Compensation that exceeds the amount of Incentive-based Compensation that otherwise would have been Received had it been determined based on the restated amounts, computed without regard to any taxes paid.

  • Clawback Eligible Incentive Compensation means all Incentive-based Compensation Received by an Executive Officer (i) on or after the effective date of the applicable Nasdaq rules, (ii) after beginning service as an Executive Officer, (iii) who served as an Executive Officer at any time during the applicable performance period relating to any Incentive-based Compensation (whether or not such Executive Officer is serving at the time the Erroneously Awarded Compensation is required to be repaid to the Company), (iv) while the Company has a class of securities listed on a national securities exchange or a national securities association, and (v) during the applicable Clawback Period (as defined below).

  • Restricted Stock Unit means a bookkeeping entry representing an amount equal to the Fair Market Value of one Share, granted pursuant to Section 8. Each Restricted Stock Unit represents an unfunded and unsecured obligation of the Company.
