Monetary Awards definition

Monetary Awards means the individual monetary awards given to Claimants as described in Section VI below.

  • For all Equity Awards and/or Monetary Awards granted to Employee following July 26, 2006 (“Prospective Awards”), the Original Retirement Policy shall apply, and such Prospective Awards shall fully vest in the event of such retirement, provided, and only to the extent that, Employee shall provide the Company with not less than twelve (12) months prior written notice of Employee’s intent to retire.

  • If so, the QSF Administrator shall reassign and transfer the remaining excess funds on a pro-rated basis to and for distribution as Monetary Awards for the Minor Child, Minor Adolescent, and Minor Teen Settlement Categories.

  • All Monetary Awards to Class Claimants, Class Settlement Administration Expenses, awards of attorneys’ fees or costs or other amounts to Class Counsel, amounts paid to Class Representatives as service awards, payments to Subrogating Insurers or for medical or other liens for Class Plaintiffs, if any, as to Released Claims, and payments or amounts due on Holdback Claims per Section 8.3, shall be paid exclusively from the Class Settlement Fund.

  • Performance Awards means an Award which may be earned in whole or in part upon attainment of performance goals or other vesting criteria as the Administrator may determine and which may be cash- or stock-denominated and may be settled for cash, Shares or other securities or a combination of the foregoing under Section 10.

  • Equity Awards means any stock options, restricted stock, restricted stock units, stock appreciation rights, phantom stock or other equity based awards granted by the Company to the Executive.

  • Service Awards means the amount awarded by the Court and paid to the Class Representatives in recognition of their role in this litigation, as set forth below.

  • Awards means Options, RSUs and PSUs granted to a Participant pursuant to the terms of the Plan;

  • Stock Awards means all stock options, restricted stock and such other awards granted pursuant to the Company’s stock option and equity incentive award plans or agreements and any shares of stock issued upon exercise thereof.
