  • The Monegasque Direction Générale de l’Aviation Civile shall have given its Governmental Authorization on the AOA (including the confirmation that no change of control, within the meaning of Aviation Law, will occur at Monacair Transporteur level resulting from the Overall Transaction) which shall not have been materially amended as a consequence.

  • Motorway means a road specially designed and built for motor traffic, which does not serve properties bordering on it, and which:

  • aeroplane means a power-driven heavier-than-air aircraft, deriving its lift in flight chiefly from aerodynamic reactions on surfaces which remain fixed under given conditions of flight;
