MOHCD means the Mayor's Office of Housing and Community Development or its successor which the Board of Supervisors of the City and County of San Francisco has designated, under Dissolution Law, as the Housing Successor to the former Redevelopment Agency, and which will acquire OCII’s interest in the Project upon OCII’s issuance of a certificate of completion, as described in the Memorandum of Understanding for the implementation of Affordable Housing Obligations under San Francisco Successor Agency Ordinance 215-12 between OCII and MOHCD (May 6, 2014).
