Modified Equipment definition

Modified Equipment means the Equipment as modified by the Modifications. "New Coating Business" has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
Modified Equipment the bespoke equipment modified in accordance with the Specification, and created as a result of the Bespoke Services;
Modified Equipment means the Equipment as modified by the Modifications.

  • Building Equipment shall have the meaning set forth in the Security Instrument.
